Managing Cultures
Our Training Goals
Intercultural training "has been found to have positive effects in a number of areas, including affective, behavioural, and cognitive domains" (Ward, 1996)
Affective:
Preparation for emotional reactions of trainees and the families for life in a new cultural environment. This helps to reduce personal stress and to enhance professional performance.

Behavioral:
The promotion of appropriate behaviours for dealing with people in  the target culture. This increases the likelihood of personal and professional success.

Cognitive:

Factual information about target culture. This enables employees to assess the potential impact of culture on their own performance and on the performance of their business partners and clients.
